As a priority strategy for regional development, the large-scale development of the western region has a long-term and far-reaching impact on China's economy and society. While major achievements have been made in the large-scale development of the western region over the past 10 years and more, some problems that need to be solved urgently have also emerged. It is necessary to establish and improve legal systems in relevant fields in order to ensure the sustainable advancement of the new round of large-scale development of the western region.
