Yang Dong's "Research on County Administration and County Magistrate in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area" is a study based on the county administration system and county magistrate in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area. This book first briefly analyzes and sorts out the county system and county officials in imperial China, the county governors during the Beiyang government, the county governors during the Kuomintang, and the chairmen of the county soviets during the agrarian revolution. On this basis, the design concept of county administration, the organizational structure and operation mechanism of county administration in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region were discussed in depth, the formation method of border district heads, the administrative work of border district chiefs, the construction of border district county chiefs and rural areas, and the working methods and social life of border district county chiefs. Finally, from the perspective of revolutionization, epochalization and long-term development, this book makes an in-depth analysis of the county administration and county magistrate of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, and summarizes the historical experience and enlightenment on this basis, so as to provide fresh materials for the current county reform.（AI翻译）
