本书综合运用管理学，政治学、社会学基本理论和研究方法，在反思与重构邻比冲突基本理论的基础上，对我国邻比冲突的历史、现状、成因、影响、本质及政府强制型邻比冲突治理模式的基本特征开展实证考察，进而对美国、日本和我国台湾地区的市场主导型、设施管理型、社区治理型邻比冲突治理模式的治理主体、治理机制、治理绩效等开展比较研究，并借鉴其邻比冲突治理经验教训，提出多元协作型邻比冲突治理模式的理论构想，为优化我国邻比沖突治理模式提供理论支撑。

This book comprehensively uses the basic theories and research methods of management, political science and sociology, and on the basis of reflecting and reconstructing the basic theory of neighbor conflict, empirically investigates the history, current situation, causes, impact, essence of neighbor conflict in China and the basic characteristics of the government-mandated neighbor conflict governance model, and then conducts comparative research on the governance subjects, governance mechanisms, and governance performance of the market-led, facility management and community governance neighbor conflict governance models in the United States, Japan and Taiwan. Drawing on the experience and experience of neighbor conflict management, a theoretical concept of pluralistic and collaborative neighbor conflict governance model is proposed, which provides theoretical support for optimizing China's neighbor-by-neighbor conflict governance model.（AI翻译）
