This book takes critical discourse analysis and conversation analysis theory as the framework, takes the power discourse in the real court trial discourse as the research object, and focuses on the discourse resources enjoyed by the participants in court discourse communication, studies the power relationship of unequal power discourse between judges, prosecutors, lawyers, plaintiffs, defendants and witnesses in court discourse, and analyzes the control of the dominant party and the disposition of the dominant party and the latter's speech strategy to resist and dissolve the control and domination of the power subject.
