本书以多元化治理理论为支撑，以大量文献资料和乡村实地调查笔记为基础，运用社会学和政治学的相关知识和方法，在多主体协商治理视域下对乡村治理主体及其行为关系进行学理和实证研究。我们通过对乡村治理主体基本类型、职能定位、行为方式以及乡村治理的价值取向、影响因素、治理绩效、资源整合与良性互动等方面的系统梳理和分析，进而深入剖析乡村治理面临的主体关系紊乱、职责错位与功能冲突所带来的种种困扰。在此基础上，提出在共同治理理念下，通过有效整合各种治理资源，优化乡村治理主体的正态结构，创新乡村社会管理体制机制，引领主体行为良性互动，以期实现“和谐”“善治”目标的具体思路和对策。
本书为学界进一步研究乡村治理问题提供了一些基本素材，其对协调、规范乡村治理主体行为具有一定借鉴意义，可供党政基层部门、乡村干部、农村问题研究者，以及高校相关专业师生学习参考。
Supported by the theory of pluralistic governance, based on a large number of literature and rural field investigation notes, this book uses relevant knowledge and methods of sociology and political science to conduct academic and empirical research on rural governance subjects and their behavioral relationships from the perspective of multi-agent consultative governance. Through the systematic combing and analysis of the basic types, functional positioning, behavior modes of rural governance subjects, as well as the value orientation, influencing factors, governance performance, resource integration and benign interaction of rural governance, we can deeply analyze the troubles caused by the disorder of subject relationships, dislocation of responsibilities and functional conflicts faced by rural governance. On this basis, under the concept of common governance, through the effective integration of various governance resources, optimize the normal structure of rural governance subjects, innovate rural social management systems and mechanisms, and lead the benign interaction of subject behavior, in order to achieve the goals of "harmony" and "good governance", specific ideas and countermeasures are proposed. This book provides some basic materials for the academic community to further study rural governance issues, which has certain reference significance for coordinating and standardizing the behavior of rural governance subjects, and can be used as a reference for grassroots party and government departments, rural cadres, rural problem researchers, and teachers and students of related majors in colleges and universities.（AI翻译）
