The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the in-depth implementation of east-west poverty alleviation cooperation, focusing on overcoming the task of poverty alleviation in deeply impoverished areas, ensuring that the battle against poverty will be resolutely won in 2020, and all poverty-stricken counties across the country will be removed to solve regional overall poverty. Focusing on the important issues of building a moderately prosperous society in ethnic minority areas, the research group used the special commissioned project of the National Social Science Foundation and the major project of the National Situation Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to carry out large-scale research and questionnaire surveys in ethnic areas, and formed a number of research results and special research papers, which were compiled into a book, which has important reference value for understanding the process, achievements, problems and future development of the construction of a moderately prosperous society in China's ethnic areas in the new era, especially in deeply impoverished areas.（AI翻译）
