This series of books is a landmark achievement of the think tank team of the "Belt and Road and Regional Cooperation Mechanism" innovation project of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. Adhering to China's interests, perspectives and feelings, the series analyzes prominent geopolitical, security, economic, and even religious and cultural issues in East Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and the wider Asia-Pacific, Eurasia and other regions, and puts forward its own analysis and suggestions on how China should respond to these issues and develop relations with relevant countries. In terms of analytical framework, most authors are committed to combining neighboring countries with great power factors. In terms of time span, most authors focus on contemporary issues, but others choose to delve into history.
