为了推动我国时间利用研究，实现联合国2030可持续发展目标和党的十九大提出的中国特色社会主义新时代发展目标，2017年内蒙古大学与西南财经大学合作，在除新疆，西藏以外的29个进省市行了我国的第二次大规模时间利用调查。通过入户访谈填写日志的方法，调查队收集了来自于12,484个家庭的年龄在三岁以上30,715个个人前一日凌晨4:00至当日凌晨4:00每10分钟内为最小时间段从事了什么活动，在哪里从事这些活动，从事这些活动时与谁在一起，从事主要活动是还从事哪些次要活动的翔实信息。根据联合国统计署（UNSD）的国际活动分类，利用调查队把活动分为有酬劳动，无酬劳动，教育培训，休闲社交和个人照料五大类，其中有酬劳动分为工作和工作相关活动，家庭生产经营活动；无酬劳动分为做家务，照顾家人和对外提供帮助，购物，修车等活动；社交休闲分为体育锻炼，娱乐休闲，社会交往和宗教活动；个人照料分为睡眠，个人卫生，吃饭及其它饮食活动。这11类活动又细分为大约300种小类活动。

In order to promote China's time use research and achieve the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the development goals of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in 2017, Inner Mongolia University cooperated with Southwestern University of Finance and Economics to conduct China's second large-scale time utilization survey in 29 provinces and cities except Xinjiang and Tibet. By filling in the logs through household interviews, the survey team collected detailed information on what activities were carried out in the minimum period of time every 10 minutes from 12,484 families aged three and over 30,715 individuals aged three and over the previous day from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. the previous day, where they were engaged in, with whom they were engaged in these activities, and what secondary activities they were engaged in.
