This book is the most comprehensive and systematic study of environmental joint infringement in China. The author integrates environmental law, tort law, administrative law and procedural law, comprehensively uses case analysis, comparative analysis, value analysis and normative analysis and other research methods, and carefully constructs a complete and progressive research framework composed of phenomenology, rule theory, essence theory, responsibility theory, relief theory and prevention theory. On the basis of systematically sorting out relevant legislation, judiciary and doctrine, the author reveals the development trend of objectifying the criteria for determining environmental joint infringement, creatively puts forward the view of "common consequence theory", and divides environmental joint infringement into four types, including joint damage. These achievements are original and novel, enrich the theory of environmental joint infringement, and provide important theoretical support for improving relevant legislation and justice.
