本书以中国古代社会的依附型政商关系作为切入点，通过梳理历代专制王朝的各类抑商制度与政治文化，对依附型政商关系进行历史溯源。之后阐述晋商在明清时期从兴盛到衰落的具体发展状况并深入分析晋商的政商关系，探讨他们如何通过依附皇权、利用国家政策、投靠官府、官商结合等政治手段实现商业的繁荣。再回归政商关系作为本书的落脚点，结合晋商作为权贵政治商帮的历史定位分析中国古代社会商业的权贵化与商人阶层入仕背后的政治动因。最后基于晋商兴衰的历史教训为中国今后良性政商关系的构建提出理论建议。

This book takes the dependent government-business relationship of ancient Chinese society as the starting point, and traces the historical origin of the dependent government-business relationship by combing through the various anti-business systems and political cultures of successive autocratic dynasties. After that, it expounds the specific development of Jin merchants from prosperity to decline in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and deeply analyzes the government-business relationship of Jin merchants, and discusses how they achieved commercial prosperity through political means such as dependence on imperial power, use of national policies, surrender to the government, and combination of government and business. Returning to the relationship between government and business as the foothold of this book, combined with the historical positioning of Jin merchants as powerful political business gangs, it analyzes the political motivation behind the magnates of business in ancient Chinese society and the entry of merchant classes. Finally, based on the historical lessons of the rise and fall of Jin merchants, this paper puts forward theoretical suggestions for the construction of benign government-business relations in China in the future.（AI翻译）
