The global digital economy has entered a stage of accelerated innovation and deep integration, and the focus of China's digital economy has gradually shifted from the consumption field to the production field. Compared with the "demographic dividend" of digital transformation in the consumer field, which mainly relies on the "demographic dividend" of massive Internet users, the digital transformation of the production field relies more on the "talent dividend". Digital talent offers a unique perspective on digital transformation. This book first sorts out the different stages and development characteristics of China's digital transformation, and then conducts an in-depth study of the current situation and trend of China's economic digital transformation from the perspective of digital talents.
