本书在对土耳其基本情况介绍的基础上，聚焦于土耳其营商环境这一核心议题，反映土耳其中资企业营商环境和劳动力的实际情况。本书是在云南大学“‘一带一路’沿线国家中资企业和劳动力调查”的土耳其国别数据基础上撰写而成。该项目在2019年3月到土耳其进行了为期22天的实地调研，调查了土耳其不同行业不同地区的45家中资企业和770名土耳其员工，调查企业数占土耳其中资企业一半以上、覆盖行业广、员工样本多，具有广泛的代表性和权威性。本书问卷的设计充分利用了现有社会学和经济学领域成熟的理念和方法。内容上质性分析与定量分析相互印证，客观地呈现了“一带一路”框架下在土耳其中资企业的现状、土耳其的营商环境、影响因素和未来趋势。
Based on the basic introduction of Turkey, this book focuses on the core issue of Turkey's business environment, reflecting the actual situation of the business environment and labor force of Chinese enterprises in Turkey. This book is based on Turkey-by-country data from Yunnan University's "Survey of Chinese Enterprises and Labour Force in Countries along the Belt and Road". The project conducted a 22-day field survey in Turkey in March 2019, surveying 45 Chinese-funded enterprises and 770 Turkish employees in different industries and regions of Turkey, accounting for more than half of the Chinese enterprises in Turkey, covering a wide range of industries, and having a large sample of employees, which is widely representative and authoritative. The questionnaire is designed to make full use of existing concepts and methods that are well established in the fields of sociology and economics. The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the content confirm each other, objectively presenting the current situation of Chinese enterprises in Turkey under the framework of the "Belt and Road", Turkey's business environment, influencing factors and future trends.（AI翻译）
