本书对中国网络先进文化建设的机制进行了实证和理论研究。在网络时代多元文化背景下，对当代中国网络先进文化系统的构成要素进行解读，探索当代中国网络先进文化的功能，特别是从理论的视角通过网络先进文化系统的结构分析、“互联网+”时代网络文化内生主体的发展维度分析、网络文化系统内生主体精神世界的分析与重建，提出了当代中国网络先进文化系统规制的目标、功能和策略，在此基础上提出当代中国网络先进文化系统构建的生成机制、介入机制和运行机制，并指出当代中国网络先进文化的未来发展走向。

This book provides empirical and theoretical research on the mechanism of China's advanced network culture construction. In the context of multiculturalism in the Internet era, this paper interprets the constituent elements of contemporary China's advanced network cultural system, explores the functions of contemporary China's advanced Internet culture, especially from the theoretical perspective through the structural analysis of the advanced network cultural system, the development dimension analysis of the endogenous subject of the network culture in the "Internet +" era, and the analysis and reconstruction of the endogenous subject spiritual world of the network culture system, the goals, functions and strategies of the regulation of the contemporary Chinese advanced network cultural system are put forward. On this basis, the generation mechanism, intervention mechanism and operation mechanism of the construction of contemporary Chinese advanced network culture system are proposed, and the future development trend of contemporary Chinese advanced network culture is pointed out.（AI翻译）
