苗文龙，男，经济学（金融学）博士，陕西师范大学国际商学院，副教授。曾就职于中国人民银行西安分行，高级经济师；中国社会科学院，数量金融学博士后。近年来，在《经济研究》《金融研究》等国家重要核心期刊发表专业学术论文40余篇，相关成果多次被中国人民大学复印报刊资料全文转载。主持及参与国家社会科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部哲学社会科学规划项目、中国人民银行重点调研项目十多项，出版专著4部。担任《经济研究》、《经济学》（季刊）等多家国家权威学术期刊的匿名审稿人。

Miao Wenlong, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor of the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. In recent years, he has published more than 40 professional academic papers in important national core journals such as Economic Research and Financial Research, he has presided over and participated in one major national social science fund project and two general projects, and participated in multiple key research projects of the People's Bank of China.
