Guillaume Moumouni,Benin,doctor of law from Peking University,assistant researcher at the West African Research Center of the UESTC,assistant professor at Abomey Callaway University in Benin,overseas associate researcher at the South African Institute of International Studies,Visiting scholar of Shanghai Normal University.He is committed to the study of international issues in African social governance and China-Africa relations.He has published more than 10 journal papers and more than 20 conference papers.His research focus on infrastructure construction in Africa,the development of China-Africa relations,anti-corruption actions in Africa,the implementation of the One Way Initiative in Africa,etc.,and he has delivered his research results at more than 20 meetings at home and abroad（including the 2018 Africa Forum of the Shanghai Institute of International Studies,the West Africa Research Sub-Forum of the 13th International Conference on PublicManagement,etc.）.Besides,he is also president of the Benin Overseas Chinese Association.
