This book is the result of the National Social Science Foundation project "Research on Counterpart Aid to Tibet in Developed Areas and Improving Self-Development Capacity in Tibetan Areas in Yunnan", which mainly starts from the connotation, theory, historical background and connotation characteristics of counterpart support, and summarizes the research overview of counterpart aid to Tibet at home and abroad and the improvement of self-development ability in Tibetan areas. Taking Tibet as an example, he expounded that the policy of counterpart aid to Tibet in developed areas has outstanding effects, and the self-development ability of Tibetan areas has been significantly improved, and counterpart aid to Tibet has become a major brand of east-west cooperation. Highlighting the theme, it expounded the process, measures, main results and experience of Shanghai's counterpart support for Tibetan areas in Yunnan, combined with questionnaire regression statistics and empirical analysis of research, supplemented by special topics and case studies, analyzed the prominent problems and difficulties faced by counterpart aid to Tibet in developed areas and Tibetan areas to improve their self-development capabilities, conceived new ideas and proposed new measures.（AI翻译）
