1949年以来的汉语社区本体规划集中体现了中国当代语言规划的成果，其实践与理论的发展必然受到语言规划形成机制的制约。以此为起点，本书在国外已有框架基础上，重新进行理论构建，以语言规划观、语言舆情和规划内容为互动主线对本体规划进行历时与共时结合的系统研究。综合运用语言规划学、社会语言学及社会学的理论和方法，研究阐释本体规划的地位、范围、构成系统与影响因素等基本理论范畴，考察当代本体规划形式与功能于各时期的变化、趋势及现存的主要问题，并进而探讨了新的媒体背景下本体规划的发展路径与方向。

The ontology planning of the Chinese community since 1949 reflects the achievements of contemporary Chinese language planning, and the development of its practice and theory is inevitably constrained by the formation mechanism of language planning. Taking this as a starting point, this book reconstructs the theory on the basis of the existing framework abroad, and conducts a systematic study on the combination of ontology planning and synchronic with the concept of language planning, language public opinion and planning content as the interactive main line. Using the theories and methods of language planning, sociolinguistics and sociology, this paper studies and explains the basic theoretical categories such as the status, scope, composition system and influencing factors of ontology planning, examines the changes, trends and existing main problems of contemporary ontology planning forms and functions in various periods, and then discusses the development path and direction of ontology planning under the background of new media.（AI翻译）
