孟　刚

孟刚，国家开发银行法律事务局副局长，曾担任开罗代表处代表和澳大利亚大区组副组长，法学博士，应用经济学博士后，高级经济师，北京大学和浙江大学特约研究员。

Meng Gang, Deputy Director of the Legal Affairs Bureau of the China Development Bank, served as the Representative of the Cairo Representative Office and Deputy Head of the Australian Region, he holds a Ph.D. in Law, a Postdoctoral in Applied Economics, he is a Senior Economist, and Special Researcher at Peking University and Zhejiang University.
