推进基本公共服务均等化的核心问题是资金问题，但目前对资金问题进行深入、定量分析的文献较少。《中国基本公共服务资金供需研究》对基本公共服务资金问题进行系统的定量研究，对资金供给规模的绩效进行实证考察，运用多种计量经济学方法测算出我国2015-2020年基本公共服务资金需求量和供给量，计算资金供需缺口。最后，在借鉴国际经验基础上，跳出现有的财政收支格局，从构建全面统筹和整合国家综合财力资源的角度提出弥补我围基本公共服务资金缺口的思路。《中国基本公共服务资金供需研究》从资金供需的视角深化了对基本公共服务问题的研究，为国家相关决策提供科学、可靠的依据和参考，为拓展基本公共服务资金来源，加快推进基本公共服务均等化提供了一个新思路。

The core issue of promoting the equalization of basic public services is the problem of funding, but there is currently little literature on in-depth and quantitative analysis of the problem of funding. "Research on the Supply and Demand of Basic Public Service Funds in China" conducts systematic quantitative research on the problem of basic public service funds, empirically investigates the performance of the scale of capital supply, uses a variety of econometric methods to measure the demand and supply of basic public service funds in China from 2015 to 2020, and calculates the gap between supply and demand of funds. Finally, on the basis of drawing on international experience, we will jump out of the existing fiscal revenue and expenditure pattern, and put forward the idea of making up for the funding gap of basic public services in our region from the perspective of building a comprehensive overall planning and integration of national comprehensive financial resources. "Research on the Supply and Demand of Basic Public Service Funds in China" deepens the research on basic public service issues from the perspective of capital supply and demand, provides a scientific and reliable basis and reference for relevant national decision-making, and provides a new idea for expanding the funding sources of basic public services and accelerating the equalization of basic public services.（AI翻译）
