本书以马克思、恩格斯人的需要理论为逻辑起点，从理论层面探讨了基本公共服务均等化促进社会合意性转型的机理，采用大历史、长时段的研究范式，考察了1840年以来中国社会转型螺旋式推进的历史进程、当前中国社会转型的动力系统和总体发展趋势，分阶段考察了新中国成立以来我国基本公共服务体制变迁与社会转型的互动关系。从新时代我国社会合意性转型对基本公共服务均等化的新要求、基本公共服务均等化的宏观制度环境培育和基本框架建设等方面，探讨了促进基本公共服务均等化与社会转型良性互动的可能路径。

Taking the needs theories of Marx and Engels as the logical starting point, this book discusses the mechanism of equalization of basic public services to promote the transformation of social consensuality from the theoretical level, adopts a large-history and long-term research paradigm, examines the historical process of China's social transformation spiral since 1840, the current dynamic system and overall development trend of China's social transformation, and examines the interaction between China's basic public service system change and social transformation since the founding of New China in stages. From the new requirements for the equalization of basic public services in the new era of China's social consensual transformation, the cultivation of the macro institutional environment and the construction of the basic framework of the equalization of basic public services, the possible paths to promote the benign interaction between the equalization of basic public services and social transformation are discussed.（AI翻译）
