本书以中国新型城镇化建设加速发展为背景，研究基础设施的融资问题和融资模式的选择。第一部分主要阐述本书的选题背景、理论综述及实践意义。第二部分介绍城市基础设施投融资的理论，使用省际面板数据实证分析基础设施投资的经济效应。第三部分分析了我国城镇化基础设施传统融资模式的现状、问题，总结其他国家的经验，提出未来我国融资模式改革与创新的原则及路径。第四、五、六、七部分，分别从加快地方政府债券发行、推进基础设施资产证券化、推广公私合营（PPP）融资模式以及其他基础设施融资模式如产业投资基金、信托融资计划、融资租赁、政策性金融机构等的运用。最后总结全书的主要结论，反思不足之处，并提出对未来的研究展望。

Against the background of the accelerated development of China's new urbanization construction, this book examines the financing of infrastructure and the choice of financing models. The first part mainly explains the background, theoretical overview and practical significance of this book. The second part introduces the theory of urban infrastructure investment and financing, and uses interprovincial panel data to empirically analyze the economic effects of infrastructure investment. The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of the traditional financing mode of urbanization infrastructure in China, summarizes the experience of other countries, and puts forward the principles and paths for the reform and innovation of China's financing model in the future. The fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh parts respectively focus on accelerating the issuance of local government bonds, promoting infrastructure asset securitization, and promoting the use of public-private partnership (PPP) financing models and other infrastructure financing models such as industrial investment funds, trust financing plans, financial leasing, and policy financial institutions.
