The complexity of the structure of bribery crimes and the wide coverage make a comprehensive review of the legislative pattern of bribery crimes, especially the formulation of anti-bribery criminal laws with a complete system, rigorous structure, reasonable content and effective implementation in response to China's national conditions during the transition period, which has become an unavoidable major issue.
