Based on a global perspective, this book focuses on the theoretical construction of "social service state" and focuses on answering the major practical and theoretical question of "how should China surpass the welfare state under the new historical conditions". The book first analyzes the phenomenon of "socialization of social services" in Western developed countries, and innovatively puts forward "social service countries" from the development trend, reform path and main models. From the development history and management diversity, this paper systematically explains the driving force of the reform and transformation of the social service country, and looks forward to the development vision of the social service country in the digital era.
