本书是中国社会科学院财经战略研究院县域经济课题组的第六部年度研究报告，专注于对中国县域经济竞争力和投资潜力评价、发展模式探索和动态跟踪监测，探讨影响中国县域经济发展的主要矛盾和问题，并对中国县域经济趋势进行分析，提出具有操作性的政策建议。本书根据GDP规模、地方公共财政收入和区域竞争地位等因素，在全国县（市）中筛选出400强样本县（市），然后对其竞争力和投资潜力进行系统评价，最终从中遴选出全国最具竞争力百强县（市）和最具投资潜力百强县（市）。这些样本县（市）将成为本报告长期跟踪监测的主要研究对象。同时，本书还针对全国新城区和主城区构建了竞争力指数，并主要对全国百强新城区和主城区发展情况进行监测。

This book is the sixth annual research report of the County Economy Research Group of the Institute of Financial Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, focusing on the evaluation of China's county economic competitiveness and investment potential, the exploration of development models and dynamic tracking and monitoring, the discussion of the main contradictions and problems affecting China's county economic development, and the analysis of China's county economic trends, and put forward operational policy suggestions. According to factors such as GDP scale, local public financial revenue and regional competitive position, this book selects the top 400 sample counties (cities) among counties (cities) across the country, and then systematically evaluates their competitiveness and investment potential, and finally selects the top 100 most competitive counties (cities) and the top 100 counties (cities) with the most investment potential in China. These sample counties (cities) will be the main research objects of long-term tracking and monitoring in this report.
