姜辉，男，汉族，1969年11月生，出生地辽宁建昌，1994年6月加入中国共产党，1997年7月参加工作，曾在东北师范大学、中国人民大学求学，法学博士，研究员，博士生导师。长期从事马克思主义理论、科学社会主义与国际共产主义运动、当代世界马克思主义和社会主义研究。曾任中国社会科学院副院长、党组成员，当代中国研究所所长，现任重庆市委常委、宣传部部长。

Jiang Hui, director of the Institute of Contemporary Chinese Studies, President of the Academy of Marxism, researcher and doctoral supervisor, and distinguished professor at the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
