Since the 21st century, the market-oriented reform of China's municipal public utilities has been widely concerned by the society. This book reviews the historical process of market-oriented reform of China's municipal public utilities, conducts research on the high-quality development of China's municipal public utilities, discusses the current use status and effectiveness of incentive regulation tools and the mechanism design of incentive regulation reform in China, and analyzes the incentive regulation status of projects with the most commonly used performance evaluation methods in the public sector. This book has certain guiding significance for the reform and development of municipal public utilities in China.
