本书以清末奏请设立新式瓷业公司为起点，分析近代景德镇瓷业发展转型中的诸多问题，探究在传统与现代框架下多重利益博弈与社会重构，以期揭示景德镇瓷业社会的多元性。在研究中，该著以景德镇弹性社会结构为主线，探讨了工具系统、社会系统变迁背后的心智系统和文化系统的传承和迁移，进而总结出不同生产组织和社会力量以自身利益为出发点，在近代中国多舛历史背景下，对现代化的认知和比附，建构了以自我利益为中心的改革理念。在此基础上，作者细致论证了景德镇传统产业模式的魅力，深入解析了改革有效性的路径，为读者研究近代区域性手工业转型提供了清晰的个案和研究路径。

Starting from the establishment of a new porcelain company in the late Qing Dynasty, this book analyzes many problems in the development and transformation of modern Jingdezhen porcelain industry, explores multiple interest games and social reconstruction under the framework of tradition and modernity, and aims to reveal the plurality of Jingdezhen porcelain society. In this study, the book takes the flexible social structure of Jingdezhen as the main line, discusses the inheritance and migration of the mental system and cultural system behind the changes of tool system and social system, and then summarizes that different production organizations and social forces take their own interests as the starting point and construct a reform concept centered on self-interest in the understanding and comparison of modernization in the context of the troubled history of modern China. On this basis, the author carefully demonstrates the charm of the traditional industrial model of Jingdezhen, deeply analyzes the path of reform effectiveness, and provides readers with clear case studies and research paths for the transformation of modern regional handicraft industries.（AI翻译）
