清理“僵尸企业”是供给侧结构性改革的关键一步，也是中国实现产业转型升级的必要措施。那么，什么是“僵尸企业”？中国工业部门的僵尸企业在数量、比例、行业、地区和所有制方面有什么特征？僵尸企业产生的原因是什么？如何减少僵尸企业？为了回答这些问题，本书采取国际前沿的经济学方法，利用1998—2013年（不含2010年）中国工业企业数据库和1998—2015年上市公司数据库，对中国僵尸企业进行了全面研究，并提出了相应的政策建议。

Cleaning up "zombie enterprises" is a key step in supply-side structural reform and a necessary measure for China to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. So, what is a "zombie enterprise"? What are the characteristics of zombie enterprises in the Chinese industrial sector in terms of number, proportion, industry, region and ownership? What are the causes of zombie enterprises? How to reduce zombie enterprises? In order to answer these questions, this book adopts the international cutting-edge economic method, using the database of Chinese industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2013 (excluding 2010) and the database of listed companies from 1998 to 2015, to conduct a comprehensive study of Chinese zombie enterprises and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.（AI翻译）
