英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在政治、文化、科研及经贸等领域的国际合作中，已成为必不可少的交流工具。英语语音教学与研究，是诸多国家语言教学研究领域中的热点问题。中国有数亿的英语学习者，受各地方言和普通话的影响，中国英语学习者发音普遍存在“方言味”和“中国腔”的问题。本研究旨在切实考察中国方言区英语学习者的发音问题，探究偏误产生的语言和心理机制，重构中国的英语学习者从“方言”“普通话”到“英语”学习的“言语链”。具体而言，本研究在构建了大规模方言区英语学习者语音库的基础上，采用实验语音学的研究方法，系统地考察了不同地区英语学习者的元音发音特征，从类型学角度归纳和总结英语学习者元音的习得偏误，并采用二语习得相关理论，解析偏误产生的机制以及与母语和普通话之间的对应关系。该研究对于《中国英语能力等级量表》中英语语音评测客观标准的制定，以及因地制宜地制定发音校正策略具有重要意义。

As the most widely spoken language in the world, English has become an indispensable communication tool in the fields of politics, culture, scientific research, economy and trade. English phonetics teaching and research is a hot issue in the field of language teaching and research in many countries. There are hundreds of millions of English learners in China, and influenced by various local dialects and Mandarin, Chinese English learners have common problems with "dialect taste" and "Chinese accent" in pronunciation. This study aims to effectively investigate the pronunciation problems of English learners in Chinese dialect areas, explore the language and psychological mechanism of bias, and reconstruct the "speech chain" of Chinese English learners learning from "dialect" and "Mandarin" to "English". Specifically, on the basis of constructing a large-scale phonetic database of English learners in dialect areas, this study systematically investigated the vowel pronunciation characteristics of English learners in different regions by using experimental phonetics research methods, summarized and summarized the vowel acquisition bias of English learners from the typological perspective, and used the theory of second language acquisition to analyze the mechanism of bias and the correspondence between mother tongue and Mandarin. This study is of great significance for the formulation of objective standards for English pronunciation evaluation in the Chinese English Proficiency Scale and the formulation of pronunciation correction strategies according to local conditions.（AI翻译）
